As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Laxzo Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, monitor social media channels, and analyze performance metrics.

Timings: 10AM - 7PM

Location: Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
  • Create effecting campaign online
  • Understand Keywords and the type of it and how to use them
  • Define the most important social media KPIs.
  • Manage and oversee social media content.
  • Coming up with strategies to increase sales.
  • Maximize the Ad spend, keeping ACOS low and ROAS high
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Helium 10, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Attend educational conferences.
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of digital marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Must know all the web design platform i.e shopify, WordPress etc.
  • Should be aware will all SEO plugins, i.e YOAST
  • Familiarity with Graphic, Web Design and publishing.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Experience with eBay and Amazon Ads (Is a plus)
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.

Pay: Rs45, Rs55,000.00 per month
