Social, YouTube & Influencer Creative

  • Design for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X: reels covers, carousels, thumbnails, speaker templates, stories, and more.
  • Create branded content kits and media assets for influencers, podcasters, and speakers.
  • Develop compelling visuals for YouTube channels and podcast series: thumbnails, banners, title screens, audiograms, highlight clips, and cover art.

Web & Digital Design

  • Design and update landing pages, microsites, and simple web layouts (Figma or Webflow preferred).
  • Support basic UX/UI design such as wireframes, site flows, and user experience mockups.
  • Ensure everything you design is optimized for mobile, fast-loading, and consistent with the client's brand.

Client Collaboration & Presentations

  • Participate in client-facing meetings to present design concepts, walk through creative rationale, and receive feedback directly.
  • Collaborate with account leads and strategists to ensure brand alignment and creative clarity.
  • Take initiative in translating briefs into visual solutions and adjusting based on client direction.

Brand & Campaign Design

  • Build and maintain brand kits for creators, events, and campaigns — including logos, palettes, font systems, and content templates.
  • Support event collateral, merch design, and promotional materials for Couch Crows and its partner brands.
  • Create visuals for campaigns and brand storytelling across social, email, and digital ads.

Content Systems & Workflow

  • Maintain clean file systems and deliverables across Figma, Canva, Google Drive, etc.
  • Use AI-supported platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Descript) to accelerate production and experimentation.
  • Stay current with platform trends, social algorithms, and visual storytelling best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a digital or graphic design role — ideally with a media agency, content studio, or fast-moving startup.
  • A strong portfolio that includes social media content, branded assets, web design, and video-friendly graphics.
  • Fluency with Figma, Adobe CC (especially Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva Pro, and a bonus if you know Webflow or Descript.
  • Experience presenting your work to clients or external stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
  • Comfort designing for short-form mobile content, responsive websites, and performance-driven visuals.
  • An eye for detail, a love of clean layouts and typography, and a drive to make content that connects emotionally and visually.
  • The ability to manage multiple timelines, take initiative, and communicate well with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience working with influencers, speakers, podcasters, or YouTubers.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, CapCut, or Reels editing tools.
  • Light knowledge of HTML/CSS, SEO, or analytics tools for performance insight.
  • Comfort working in a client-facing or freelance environment.
