Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Interns with a background in Business or Marketing. This internship offers hands-on experience in market research, client acquisition, sales support, and brand development. The role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to learn and contribute to business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights.
  • Assist in developing and executing business development strategies to expand market presence.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation, outreach, and client follow-ups.
  • Contribute to preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
  • Assist in managing and updating the company's CRM database.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and brand-building activities.
  • Participate in client meetings and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (completed).
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with digital marketing tools (a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
