Healthcare Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in Peshawar. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing medical care, first aid, and emergency response services. This role involves daily assessments, conducting training sessions for staff, and ensuring healthcare protocols are followed. Additionally, the Healthcare Specialist will engage with the community to promote health awareness and education.

Qualifications

• Medical skills, including EMT and Medicine
• Strong Communication skills for interaction and community engagement
• Experience in Training staff and volunteers in healthcare protocols
• Ability to provide comprehensive Healthcare services
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in a related healthcare field
• Experience in community health services or non-profit sector is a plus
