Uralensis Innov8 is a forward-thinking company specializing in MEDITECH solutions. We collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver streamlined, intuitive digital experiences. We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support both our digital product design and marketing efforts.

Role Overview:

As a Graphic Designer at Uralensis Innov8, you will play a key role in shaping how our solutions are presented to clients and users. You will create wireframes and high-fidelity UI/UX mockups, and also support marketing efforts through the design of brochures, social media graphics, and other promotional materials. Experience in UI/UX is highly desirable, and you must be confident in working with and adapting pre-purchased design themes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user flows, wireframes, and mockups for MEDITECH-integrated platforms.
  • Customize and extend pre-purchased design themes to suit specific client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and iterate on design solutions.
  • Develop visual assets for marketing campaigns, including brochures, flyers, social media, and presentations.
  • Ensure all designs maintain consistency with brand identity and healthcare UI standards.
  • (Optional) Contribute to UI/UX implementation and collaborate with front-end developers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, including digital and marketing design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design for web/mobile interfaces.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • UI/UX experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience adapting commercial design themes and templates.

Portfolio Requirement:

Applicants must submit a portfolio featuring at least three projects that demonstrate wireframing, UI mockups, and marketing/branding design. Experience in healthcare or MEDITECH is a plus.

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
