Smart Brains BPO is hiring a dynamic and motivated Trainee HR Officer to join our growing Human Resources department. This role is ideal for candidates looking to begin their professional journey in HR and grow within a structured, fast-paced corporate environment. You will gain hands-on experience across key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and documentation.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Maintain HR records, employee data, and attendance systems accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related matters.
  • Participate in employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and performance data.
  • Learn and apply HR policies, compliance, and best practices under guidance of senior HR staff.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Good organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Presentable, responsible, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Comfortable working in the evening shift (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
