We're on the lookout for a creative and proactive HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team in daily operations, recruitment, and onboarding activities.
  • Create visually appealing hiring posts, announcements, and employee engagement content using Canva.
  • Help manage and post job openings across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate, communicate with candidates, and maintain candidate databases.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values in all HR operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • Strong command of Canva for creating infographics, hiring creatives, and HR-related visuals.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for HR and creativity.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems.
  • Basic social media management or content creation experience.
  • Understanding of employer branding and employee engagement strategies.

Work Schedule

Monday – Saturday

Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
