. We're expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative, data-driven marketing professional to take charge of our
social media management and product launch marketing
efforts.

Position Overview:

We're hiring a
Social Media & Marketing Manager
who will be responsible for building our online presence, developing engaging campaigns, and planning go-to-market strategies for our product launches. This person will work closely with the leadership and product teams to ensure Zenexgen's digital voice is strong, consistent, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow
    Zenexgen's social media presence
    across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Develop and execute
    social media strategies
    to increase visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Plan, design, and run
    marketing campaigns for product launches
    and new service introductions.
  • Create or supervise the creation of
    content
    (posts, stories, videos, blogs, and ads).
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and the CEO to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Track analytics and performance metrics for campaigns and provide reports on ROI.
  • Research competitors and market trends to develop new marketing ideas.
  • Engage with the online community and respond to queries or comments professionally.
  • Manage
    ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
    and coordinate influencer or partnership collaborations (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing
    social media accounts
    for a brand or company.
  • Understanding of
    digital marketing strategies, content creation, and analytics tools
    .
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills for creating engaging social content.
  • Designing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
    are a big plus.
  • Experience with
    paid advertising campaigns
    and product launch marketing (preferred).
  • Highly organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Must be able to work
    onsite in Karachi
    .
