We need a qualified resource (consultant/engineer) with expertise in following areas:

  • Civil building design and complete plot development (including access, safety, and security considerations).
  • Preparation of architectural, structural, MEP, drainage, sewerage, and water supply drawings, along with data center design.
  • Experience in obtaining Rated-3 Design Certification from a recognized Telecommunications Industry Association TIA-942-C certification body.
  • Development of tendering documents including BOQs, specifications, cost estimates, and supporting documentation.
  • Liaison with local government authorities for NOC issuance and approvals.
  • Validation and coordination of issued certificates with the supervisor appointed by CMPak.
