Job Description

We are looking for experienced MS Dynamics AX / CRM Developers to join our dynamic team working with international clients (USA). The ideal candidates must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience and excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement customizations and integrations in MS Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AX/CRM functionality and integrations.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and end users to deliver quality solutions.
  • Maintain documentation, version control, and follow best development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with MS Dynamics AX (2012 R3 / D365 F&O) and/or Dynamics CRM (2016 / D365 CE).
  • Strong skills in X++, C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Power Platform.
  • Experience with API integrations, plugins, and custom workflows.
  • Good understanding of ERP and CRM modules (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.).
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, night-shift environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics AX or CRM are a plus.
  • Prior experience with US-based projects preferred.
