Your Impact:

As a Customer Service Agent fluent in English, you will be a vital part of our customer service team, handling inbound and outbound calls primarily in Arabic and English. You'll provide excellent service, address customer inquiries and concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. Proficiency in CRM systems, OTA management, query resolution, ticketing, and tracking will be integral to your daily operations.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in English, assisting customers with inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution.
  • Utilize CRM systems, OTA platforms, and other tools to manage customer interactions and details efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer interactions and details.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Your Expertise:

  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality service.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, OTA management, query resolution, ticketing, and tracking.
  • Positive and proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.

Location and Benefits

This position is based in Karachi (Clifton).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs45,000.00 per month
