GiftKarte Technologies is looking for a positive and professional Senior Customer Service Executive to join our growing team in Karachi. In this role, you'll be managing a team of CSRs and will be our customers' first point of contact, responsible for delivering a best in class customer support experience.

Job description:

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and provide product/service information to customers.
  • Dealing with customer cases in a professional manner and using CRM to track cases with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's questions.
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Strong time management and decision making skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree holder.
  • 2 - 3 years of work experience in the same field.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications such MS office and CRM softwares.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
  • Ability to follow and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership Skills
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Adaptability and strong problem solving skills.
  • Fluency in English / Urdu.

Salary Package:

Market Competitive

Shift: Morning

Timings: 10AM to 6PM
