Pakistan Digital Phantom Full time 500,000 - 1,000,000 per year

Digital Phantom is seeking an experienced Shopify Product Sourcing & Store Management Specialist to manage and scale our international Shopify stores. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with product sourcing, store optimization, and running high-performing ad campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Source profitable, high-demand products for international Shopify stores
  • Research market trends, competitor products, and supplier options
  • Set up, optimize, and manage Shopify stores
  • Create and run paid marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  • Improve product listings, descriptions, and conversion rates
  • Manage supplier communication, order fulfillment, and tracking
  • Monitor store analytics, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Troubleshoot Shopify issues and manage app integrations

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience managing and scaling international Shopify stores
  • Strong knowledge of product sourcing and dropshipping workflows
  • Experience with Shopify themes, apps, and store optimization
  • Ability to run and analyze paid ad campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Must be comfortable working in US/Canadian time zones
