Role Overview

As an Automation and Integration Expert, you will work directly on platforms like
Zapier, , and n8n
to design and implement automation workflows for a variety of clients and businesses. At times, the role may also involve developing
custom backend systems
to enable automations that cannot be achieved solely through no-code/low-code automation tools.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with
    Zapier, , and n8n
    for building and optimizing workflows.
  • Strong working knowledge of
    Python
    or
    JavaScript
    for custom automation logic.
  • Deep understanding of the
    HTTP request/response model
    and data flows between APIs.
  • Proven experience in integrating
    public APIs
    (Google, Microsoft, CRM systems, QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Solid grasp of
    authentication and authorization
    methods (OAuth, API keys, tokens).
  • Experience in automating processes using
    AI/LLM APIs
    (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
  • Ability to
    analyze client business processes
    and translate them into efficient automation solutions.
