About the Role

We are looking for a
CRM Expert

experienced in Zoho, HubSpot, and GoHighLevel (GHL) to help us implement, customize, and optimize CRM systems for our business and clients. This role will start on a project basis, with the opportunity to move into a monthly salaried position depending on performance and workload.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, configure, and customize Zoho, HubSpot, and GHL according to business needs
  • Create automation workflows, pipelines, and lead management processes
  • Integrate CRMs with websites, landing pages, and third-party tools
  • Develop and manage email campaigns, workflows, and reporting dashboards
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide solutions to optimize workflows
  • Migrate data between CRMs when required
  • Train internal teams on CRM usage and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience with
    Zoho, HubSpot, and GoHighLevel

(portfolio or past projects required)
- Strong knowledge of CRM customization, automation, and integrations
- Familiarity with API integrations and third-party apps
- Ability to design workflows that improve sales, marketing, and customer service processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and campaign strategy
  • Knowledge of Zapier, Integromat, or similar automation tools
  • Understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing best practices

Compensation

  • Initially: Project-based compensation (depending on project scope)
  • Later: Transition to a
    monthly salary
    based on performance and workload
