We are seeking a proactive SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth strategies across multiple projects and clients.

Position: SEO Specialist

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for managing SEO across all TAB ON TECH projects and client accounts, ensuring organic visibility, growth, and traffic. This includes website SEO, marketplace optimization, YouTube/Pinterest SEO, blogs, and link-building strategies.

This role is highly strategic and hands-on, requiring someone who can work on multiple industries and projects simultaneously while delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies across multiple brands, websites, and client projects.
  • Should have Experience in Graphic designing as well
  • Optimize product listings for SEO (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and other marketplaces).
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research for e-commerce, service-based, and content projects.
  • Build and maintain an SEO content calendar for blogs, case studies, and knowledge articles.
  • Manage on-page SEO (titles, tags, schema, site speed, indexation, structure).
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements.
  • Validate and optimize for Google Merchant Center, Pinterest SEO, YouTube SEO.
  • Lead off-site SEO campaigns: link-building, guest posts, outreach, collaborations.
  • Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Generate regular reports for leadership and clients on rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Work closely with:
  • Web Designers/Developers → for on-page & technical SEO.
  • Marketing & Ads Manager → to align organic and paid growth strategies.
  • Content & Social Media Executives → to ensure posts/blogs/videos are optimized.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithms, SEO best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of SEO experience (e-commerce, SaaS, or digital marketing agency background preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify SEO and marketplace optimization.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
  • Knowledge of technical SEO (site speed, schema, HTML, CSS).
  • Experience in link-building and outreach campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
