Position: Senior SEO Specialist

Department: Marketing / Digital Marketing

Reports To: SEO Manager / Director of Digital Marketing

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our SEO strategy to enhance our online presence and improve our search engine rankings. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, trends, and analytics to drive organic traffic and achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO improvements.

Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools. Provide actionable insights and regular reports to the marketing team and senior management.

Content Optimization: Work closely with the content team to ensure all online content is optimized for search engines. This includes conducting keyword research and recommending content updates or new content strategies.

Technical SEO: Audit and optimize website architecture, HTML, and other factors that affect search engine indexing and ranking. Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO best practices.

Link Building: Develop and execute link building strategies to improve domain authority and rankings.

SEO Trends and Updates: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Adjust strategies accordingly to maintain high rankings.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including marketing, content, product, and IT, to ensure SEO strategies are integrated across all digital marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successful SEO strategy development and execution.

Strong understanding of Google Analytics, keyword research tools, and SEO reporting tools.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and SEO plugins.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.

Desired Skills:

Certification in Google Analytics or similar analytical tools.

Experience with international SEO strategies.

Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
