Job description

We are seeking a Senior iOS Developer with 5+ years of experience and strong expertise in native iOS

development. Experience working on OTT (Over-the-Top) video streaming applications will be

considered a significant plus. You will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable iOS

applications that deliver excellent user experiences across various devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality native iOS applications using Swift.
  • Work with media playback libraries (e.g., AVPlayer) and handle media content effectively (if
  • applicable).
  • Optimize app performance for diverse devices and network conditions.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend teams, and product managers to deliver seamless
  • features.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, handle authentication, and manage local/offline data.
  • Keep up to date with the latest iOS SDK releases and mobile development trends.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in native iOS development.
  • Expertise in Swift and working knowledge of Objective-C.
  • Proficiency with iOS architectures (MVC, MVVM).
  • Familiarity with Combine, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and managing local storage.
  • Version control experience using Git.

Nice to Have (Plus Skills)

  • Experience working on OTT platforms or video streaming applications.
  • Familiarity with AVPlayer, DRM solutions (FairPlay), and adaptive streaming (HLS, DASH).
  • Development experience for Apple TV.
  • Knowledge of media playback optimization and analytics.
