Looking for a Sales Representative (HORECA) for one of our clients.

Location: Highway, Karachi

Timings: 8:30 am to 4:40 pm

Job Purpose:

To grow sales by developing and maintaining relationships with cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and hotels (HORECA sector), promoting and selling the company's portfolio of premium coffee beans, syrups, sauces, and related beverage and dessert products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development

  2. Identify and target new HORECA clients (cafés, restaurants, hotels, bakeries).

  3. Promote company products (coffee beans, syrups, sauces, frappé mixes, etc.) with confidence and product knowledge.
  4. Conduct product demos, tastings, and training sessions for baristas or purchasing managers.
  5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  6. Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.

  7. Client Relationship Management

  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

  9. Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries professionally.

  10. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable product solutions or seasonal promotions.

  11. Market Awareness

  12. Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends in the café and restaurant sector.

  13. Share market feedback with management to support marketing and product decisions.

  14. Reporting & Coordination

  15. Maintain a client database and sales pipeline.

  16. Prepare weekly reports on leads, visits, and conversions.
  17. Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for order processing, dispatches, and collections.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration ability.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Knowledge of café and restaurant operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with coffee brewing, barista basics, or beverage trends is preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably HORECA, FMCG, or beverage industry).
  • Own transport.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary + sales commission.
