Position Summary:

The
Pre-Sales & Proposal Associate
supports the proposal development process from reviewing RFPs to coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely and well-structured submissions. This role bridges sales, technical, and product teams to help craft professional and client-aligned proposals.

Key Result Areas:

  • Assist in managing the proposal/bid process from RFP receipt to submission, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Support the preparation of proposal content that meets client requirements and internal quality standards.
  • Coordinate with technical, product, and business teams to gather relevant inputs for proposals.
  • Contribute to requirement analysis and help define bid strategies under guidance.
  • Develop a strong understanding of InfoTech's products and services to create clear and compelling proposal content.
  • Identify and communicate potential risks or delays in the proposal process to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

Experience:
0–6 months in pre-sales, proposal writing, or a related field (fresh graduates may apply)

Education:
BBA in
Marketing
or
Sales
, or a related field
