About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cinema Manager to lead daily cinema operations, staff, and customer service while ensuring seamless use of the VESTA cinema management software. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational skills with excellent leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day cinema operations, including box office, concessions, and screenings.
  • Manage and optimize ticketing, scheduling, and reporting through VESTA software.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise cinema staff, ensuring top performance and service standards.
  • Drive ticket sales, promotions, and concession revenue.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and support budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
  • Handle customer escalations and deliver a first-class cinema experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in cinema, hospitality, or entertainment operations (2+ years in management).
  • Hands-on experience with VESTA software is essential.
  • Strong leadership, training, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial and operational acumen with a customer-first mindset.
