As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales by contacting potential clients, promoting our services, and securing bookings for hotels and transfers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Contacting potential clients via phone to introduce our services and offerings.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with travel agencies and other B2B clients.

  • Providing information about available hotels and transfer options.

  • Negotiating prices and terms to secure bookings.

  • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

  • Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Knowledge of the travel industry and tourism trends is advantageous.
