Personal Staff Officer to the President, IIGoC

Imran Idrees Group seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Staff Officer to support the President, IIGoC in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted aide, providing executive support, coordination, and communication assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the President's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications professionally.
  • Prepare reports, minutes, and follow-up on action items.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning official visits, events, and engagements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.(preference will be given to male candidates)
  • 2-3 years of experience at administrative position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in a similar executive support role is an advantage.
