We are excited to announce a pivotal leadership opportunity. Our company is establishing a greenfield, state-of-the-art metal printing and manufacturing facility in Lahore, Pakistan, and we are seeking an accomplished Project Lead to own and drive this landmark project from conception to commissioning.

Job Title:

Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:

1- Own end-to-end project management for the plant setup, encompassing planning, design, execution, and successful handover.

2- Lead the coordination and negotiation with international vendors, technical consultants, and construction contractors.

3- Spearhead the installation, calibration, testing, and operational optimization of high-speed manufacturing equipment.

4- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, and uncompromising quality and safety standards.

5- Provide strong on-the-ground leadership, fostering collaboration between cross-functional teams and external partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1- Must be located in Lahore

2- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

3- A proven track record (5–10 years) in leading the setup and commissioning of large-scale, automated manufacturing facilities. Experience in packaging, metal forming, or FMCG is highly desirable.

4- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.

5- A hands-on, pragmatic leader who is equally comfortable strategizing in the boardroom and troubleshooting on the shop floor.

6- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lahore for the project duration.
