Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Lead in the Karachi East District. The HR Lead will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies. The HR Lead will also develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business strategy, ensuring a positive work environment and employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources Management and Employee Relations
  • Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management
  • Proficiency in Compliance, Policy Implementation, and HR Strategy Development
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Previous experience in an HR leadership role strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations beneficial
