Job Title: Executive Coordinator

Location: beverly center, Islamabad

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive leadership team. This role is ideal for a proactive and organized professional who can manage a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.


• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.


• Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations.


• Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including taking and distributing meeting minutes.


• Assist with special projects and company-wide initiatives.


• Maintain an organized filing system for all corporate documents.

Qualifications:


• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.


• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.


• A strong problem-solver with a proactive approach.
