Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Quetta. The Office Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including answering phones, managing office equipment, and supporting the daily operations of the office. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Competence in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Proficiency with Office Equipment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
