We're building 1Tree, a next-gen blockchain-powered platform with a global mission. We're looking for a highly experienced blockchain full-stack developer to lead the technical side of our blockchain products.

Responsibilities

  • Design & develop smart contracts (Solidity, Rust, or Vyper)
  • Build dApps with clean, scalable code (React, , )
  • Integrate Web3 wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.)
  • Work with multiple blockchains (Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Solana, etc.)
  • Optimize blockchain transactions & gas usage
  • Implement APIs for blockchain–frontend integration
  • Collaborate with UI/UX and backend teams
  • Maintain security best practices & conduct audits

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of professional blockchain development experience
  • Strong knowledge of Solidity, , , or
  • Familiar with ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155 standards
  • Experience with IPFS, The Graph, or similar
  • Understanding of DeFi, NFTs, staking, or DAO concepts
  • Previous work on production-ready blockchain apps
  • Good communication skills & self-driven attitude

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions (Arbitrum, Optimism)
  • Rust for Solana programs
  • Cross-chain bridge development experience
