• Senior Blockchain Developer (Team Lead / Lead Role) – Corda Specialist
  (1 resource, 4+ years' experience)

• Mid-level Blockchain Developers – Corda Specialists
  (3 resources, 2–4 years' experience)

Location:
Karachi (On-site, 9 AM – 5 PM)

We are looking for talented and passionate
Blockchain Developers specializing in Corda
at both
Senior (Lead)
and
Mid-level
positions.

The
Senior Developer (Team Lead)
will play a key role in
architecting, leading, and delivering
enterprise-grade blockchain solutions, while
Mid-level Developers
will contribute to the design, development, and integration of Corda-based applications.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in
CorDapp development, private blockchain frameworks, and enterprise integrations
, with a strong foundation in
Java/Kotlin
and distributed ledger technologies (DLT).

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development:
  Build, test, and deploy
  CorDapps
  on the Corda platform, including smart contracts, flows, and state management.
• (Senior: Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for enterprise-grade blockchain systems.)
• Network Implementation:
  Configure, deploy, and maintain
  Corda nodes and private networks
  .
• (Senior: Architect secure, scalable, and governed Corda networks.)
• Integration:
  Connect blockchain solutions with
  enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud platforms
  to ensure seamless interoperability.
• Collaboration:
  Work with
  business analysts, architects, DevOps, and QA teams
  to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• (Senior: Provide technical direction and oversee cross-functional collaboration.)
• Code Quality & Security:
  Write clean, secure, and high-performance code; enforce testing and review practices.
• (Senior: Define coding standards and ensure team-wide compliance.)
• Research & Innovation:
  Stay updated on advancements in
  Corda, DLT, and private blockchain ecosystems
  , and propose innovative adoption strategies.
• Mentorship & Leadership (Senior only):
  Guide, mentor, and review work of junior/mid-level developers; promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Compliance & Governance (Senior only):
  Ensure blockchain solutions comply with
  industry standards, governance models, and regulatory requirements
  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Blockchain Development:
  2–4 years (Mid-level) / 4+ years (Senior/Lead) of blockchain development, with strong experience in
  R3 Corda
  .
• Corda Expertise:
  Experience in
  CorDapp design and deployment, contracts, flows, states, and Corda nodes
  .
• Programming:
  Proficiency in
  Java and Kotlin
  ; strong background in
  Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices
  .
• Security & Cryptography:
  Understanding of
  cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and PKI
  .
• Databases & Integration:
  Knowledge of
  PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle
  and enterprise system integration.
• Cloud & DevOps:
  Familiarity with
  AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
  .
• Problem-Solving:
  Strong analytical and debugging skills, with ability to work in teams.
• (Senior: Proven ability in team leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship.)

Must Have Experience In

• Programming:
  Java/Kotlin, OOP, strong typing, functional interfaces.
• Smart Contract Logic:
  Solidity / Substrate / Move (good understanding of execution logic and contract boundaries).
• Blockchain Core Concepts:
  DLT, digital signatures, P2P networking, immutability, token models.
• Backend Development:
  REST APIs, gRPC (preferred), PostgreSQL, SQL, authentication flows.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Multi-Platform Knowledge:
  Exposure to
  Hyperledger Fabric, Quorum, or similar DLTs
  .
  (Senior: Proven experience designing/implementing solutions across multiple frameworks.)
• Domain Knowledge:
  Experience in
  financial services, supply chain, or enterprise blockchain use cases
  .
  (Senior: Deep understanding of compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements.)
• Cloud & Containerization:
  Familiarity with
  Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments
  .
  (Senior: Expertise in architecting blockchain deployments on cloud or hybrid infrastructure.)

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in
  Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology
