Role Description:

1. Guest Communication: Manage daily guest communication, including check-ins and addressing inquiries.

2. Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction.

3. Operations: Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff to maintain property standards.

4. Listing Management: Update property listings to ensure accuracy and attractiveness.

5. Booking Management: Help manage bookings and ensure smooth guest experiences.

6. Training and Support: Assist in training new staff members.

7. Guest Experience: Ensure guests have a pleasant stay, including food and beverage service if applicable.

8. Promotion: Promote the property to increase sales and bookings.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (customer service, business, or related field is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work a set schedule (flexible hours may be considered)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is advantageous
