About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and personable
Community Manager
to lead partnerships and manage our co-working space operations. This role will focus on transforming our vacant sitting areas into a vibrant co-working environment by building strategic relationships, onboarding clients, and ensuring an engaging experience for all members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy to attract businesses, startups, and freelancers to utilize co-working spaces.
  • Manage day-to-day community operations, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and collaborative environment.
  • Build and nurture relationships with tenants, partners, and vendors.
  • Act as the first point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Plan and host networking events, workshops, and community activities to enhance member engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (facilities, finance, and marketing) to optimize operations and drive occupancy.
  • Monitor occupancy levels, track leads, and provide regular reports on performance and opportunities for growth.
  • Handle contracts, renewals, and negotiations with clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    5 years of professional experience
    in community management, partnerships, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a
    pleasant and approachable personality
    .
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client and partner relationships.
  • Experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development is a strong plus.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with co-working or shared workspace industry will be preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
    from a reputed university.
