We are seeking an urgent, high-impact
Senior WordPress Developer
for a critical contract role to strategically enhance our existing, live company website:

. Our company, Aqua Flair UAE, is a leading supplier of water treatment equipment, and our website needs immediate and significant improvement in performance and professional design.

This is a strategic, self-directed position. The ideal candidate is a proactive
self-analyzer
who can diagnose complex performance issues, devise strong design strategies, and immediately execute technical improvements that drive business results.
Exceptional work on this contract will lead to further, long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • URGENT Performance Optimization:
    Conduct an in-depth audit (Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed, etc.) and immediately implement advanced techniques to significantly improve site speed, server response, and overall efficiency.
  • Design Strategy & Implementation:
    Analyze current UI/UX and conversion flows. Strategize and implement design and structural improvements to elevate the site's professional appearance and user engagement.
  • Customization:
    Implement complex theme modifications, custom functionalities, and fine-tune existing plugins to meet specific business requirements for our product catalog.
  • Proactive Analysis:
    Take ownership of the website's betterment, continuously analyzing traffic, user behavior, and technical benchmarks to implement self-initiated improvements.
  • Code Quality:
    Ensure all work adheres to high standards of clean, well-documented, and secure code practices (PHP, JavaScript, CSS).

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of extensive experience as a WordPress Developer working on live, production websites.
  • Deep expertise in WordPress customization, plugin management, and theme structure.
  • Demonstrable success in aggressive site performance tuning
    (caching, server configuration, image optimization) using tools like GTmetrix/PageSpeed Insights.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and strong knowledge of responsive design strategies.
  • Proven ability to translate design goals into flawless, high-performing implementation.
