Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, creative, and camera-friendly individual to work as a Content Creator & Social Media Manager for our clients. This role is unique: you'll be actively appearing in videos, reels, and lifestyle content as a model/creator for client brands, while also managing their social media platforms end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities


• Act as on-camera talent for client content (reels, TikToks, campaigns, and stories).


• Develop creative ideas and scripts aligned with client brand guidelines.


• Manage social media accounts for assigned clients: content calendars, posting, engagement, and reporting.


• Collaborate with designers, editors, and the agency team to deliver polished content.


• Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and cultural moments to adapt for clients.


• Analyze performance metrics and suggest growth strategies.

Requirements


• Camera confidence is a must – ability to act, present, and model naturally on-screen.


• Experience in content creation / social media management preferred.


• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.


• Creativity, adaptability, and ability to switch styles depending on the client brand.


• Excellent communication skills.
