He will check cash entries in the cash book from the cash vouchers/receipts.
He will be responsible for safely and timely deposit of cash into bank account. All cash/cheques received must be deposited into bank account on alternate day basis.
He will prepare bank payment voucher, bank receipt voucher, cash payment voucher, cash receipt voucher and journal vouchers etc.
He will make sure that all the invoices are accounted for in the books of accounts.
He will prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement and maintain the bank account of HO.
He will assist the finance department in the preparation of payroll.
He will assist internal and external auditors and ensure smooth and timely completion of audit. He will also ensure his presence during audit days.
He will keep the record of all tax related documents to be given to vendors.
He will keep the record of all Company Files of Quick Books with him, so that in case of need they would be helpful.
He will be responsible for the proper maintenance/ smooth functioning of Quick Books Software in the Sales Department.
Any other duty assigned by the Manager/Immediate senior.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
