Senior Recruitment Specialist – BPO Industry

Location: PECHS block 6 Karachi

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist with proven experience in the BPO industry to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's growing staffing needs, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for BPO roles (Call center agents).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/functional assessments.
  • Ensure quality of hires by evaluating candidates against role requirements and organizational culture.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source of hire, etc.).
  • Manage candidate pipelines and proactively build talent pools for future hiring.
  • Stay updated on BPO hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the market.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and campus hiring drives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience (at least 2–3 years in the BPO industry).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing channels, especially for call center and support roles.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
