Senior US Recruiter

We are seeking a
highly skilled and dynamic Senior US Recruiter
with proven experience in
managing recruitment teams
and
hiring top-performing sales professionals
. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building strong talent pipelines, driving recruitment strategies, and mentoring recruiters to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Partner with department heads and sales leadership to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Design and execute effective, end-to-end recruiting strategies for sales and other key roles.
  • Create engaging job postings and manage listings across relevant job boards and platforms.
  • Source and attract top talent through networking, social media, databases, referrals, and other innovative channels.
  • Oversee candidate screening, shortlisting, and interviewing to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct advanced interview techniques (behavioral, competency-based, structured) for critical sales positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the selection, offer, and onboarding process.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics, ensuring progress across multiple roles and locations.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and best practices to improve recruitment strategies and team performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    3–5 years of US recruitment experience
    , including at least
    2 years managing a team
    .
  • Demonstrated success in
    hiring sales personnel
    (inside/outside sales, account executives, business development, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management Systems (CMS), and HR databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (
    BBA/MBA preferred
    ).
