𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄

We're hiring a 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 to architect and deliver production-grade firmware. You'll own system design, write robust code for modern MCUs, and collaborate across hardware, firmware, and test to ship reliable products.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

· System architecture: Break down requirements into modules, interfaces, and docs.

· Firmware: Design and optimize code for Renesas, STM32F/H, and Nordic 𝗻𝗥𝗙𝟱𝟮/𝗻𝗥𝗙𝟱𝟯/𝗻𝗥𝗙𝟵𝟭𝟲𝟬.

· 𝗥𝗧𝗢𝗦: Build apps on FreeRTOS, ThreadX, and 𝗭𝗲𝗽𝗵𝘆𝗿 (tasks, IPC, memory, low-power).

· 𝗔𝗹𝗴𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗺𝘀 & 𝗗𝗦𝗣: Implement FFT, filters, Kalman/sensor fusion for real-time use.

· Board bring-up & drivers: SPI/I²C/UART/CAN/ADC/DAC/PWM/timers; debug with SWD/JTAG, scope, logic analyzer.

· Test & automation: Write unit/integration tests; scripts (Python, Bash/PowerShell) and GUI tools (PyQt/Tkinter, or C#/WPF).

· Quality & releases: Code reviews, CI, and release flows; improve performance, reliability, and security.

𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

· 3–4+ years embedded systems experience.

· Strong C/C++ in constrained environments; interrupts, concurrency, tuning.

· Hands-on with Renesas, STM32F/H, and Nordic nRF52/nRF53/nRF9160.

· Proficient in FreeRTOS, ThreadX, and Zephyr.

· Ability to read schematics and debug hardware.

· Git workflows, reviews, and documentation.

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲

· DSP/controls: FFT, filtering, Kalman/state estimation.

· 𝗕𝗟𝗘 (𝗻𝗥𝗙/𝗭𝗲𝗽𝗵𝘆𝗿), 𝗟𝗧𝗘-𝗠/𝗡𝗕-𝗜𝗼𝗧 & 𝗚𝗡𝗦𝗦 (𝗻𝗥𝗙𝟵𝟭𝟲𝟬), 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘁/𝗢𝗧𝗔, 𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻.

· Test fixtures, Python test farms (pytest, pyserial), or desktop tools.

· Familiarity with safety, security, or compliance.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗪𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸

· Collaboration: Tight hardware–firmware–test loop, design reviews.

· Quality: CI pipelines, coding standards, static analysis, reproducible builds.

· Documentation: Clear APIs, design docs, and traceable requirements.
