We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented 
Social Media Executive
 to join our growing team If you have a strong grip on digital trends, content creation, and brand communication, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across all major platforms.
  • Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions) tailored to brand tone.
  • Plan and maintain content calendars.
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.
  • Respond to comments/messages and manage online community interactions.
  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams for aligned campaigns.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to design basic visuals (Canva or similar tools).
  • Knowledge of trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong skills in Communication and Writing
  • Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategies
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and an understanding of social media performance metrics
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving digital trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines efficiently
