- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in growing and managing social media teams effectively.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to monitor trends and create instant, impactful plans.
- Data-Driven Approach: Expertise in social media analytics to guide strategy.
- Influencer Management: Skilled in building and managing influencer relationships.
- Community Engagement: Strong expertise in community-based social media management and content.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role.
- BBA/MBA or an equivalent degree.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of multimedia-based planning and execution.
- A proactive, initiative-taking mindset with trend monitoring habits.
