About the Role:

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee construction and interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing site activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timely project completion as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities including civil, electrical, plumbing, and interior works.
  • Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
  • Monitor and manage labor, materials, and subcontractors efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, and vendors for smooth execution.
  • Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and quality control checklists.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies on site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.
  • Oversee installation of joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and finishes.
