We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee a residential construction project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, managing labour and materials, and ensuring overall site safety and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities and project progress.

Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and suppliers to maintain timelines.

Ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications.

Monitor site safety and manage on-site security personnel.

Maintain project documentation, attendance, and material records.

Report daily progress and challenges to the project manager.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in residential or mixed-use projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and administrative management skills.

Proven ability to handle labour teams and maintain discipline on-site.
