AI Engineer (NLP & Voice AI)

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer with strong expertise in NLP, speech recognition, and conversational AI. You will be part of a small, elite team developing scalable AI solutions for real-world customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, train, and fine-tune NLP and speech recognition models.
  • Build conversational AI agents capable of handling multiple calls simultaneously.
  • Integrate AI models into production environments (calls, chat, and social media platforms).
  • Optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and real-time performance.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless deployment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Speech Recognition.
  • Strong hands-on skills with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Transformers, HuggingFace, etc.).
  • Experience with AI-driven SaaS products is a plus.
  • Professional attitude – respectful towards seniors, collaborative with peers, and proactive in communication.
