OPULUX is looking for a 2D AutoCAD - Draftsman for our Lahore office at Architect Society near UCP Lahore. The candidate must be capable of reading and understanding customer requirements communicated through emails and attached files from our clients.

Additionally, the candidate must be able to prepare 2D drawings carefully and understand the client's sketches. The important aspect is organization hasn't linked with the construction field. Like Mapping, Town planning, Floor drawing, Elevations, and else.

The CAD drawings are based on Glass Fabrication shower door design, Panel design extra in 2D

Skills and Responsibilities:

  • CAD drafter will utilize a computer-aided design system to create technical drawings for architectural glass products.
  • The candidate must be well-versed in drafting techniques and concepts.
  • Strong mathematical skills are required, with a particular emphasis on trigonometry.
  • Exceptional analytical and observation skills are essential.
  • Good AutoCAD skills are required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent organizational and time management abilities, are required.
  • The ability to accurately read and interpret architectural drawings is required.
  • The candidate must be able to read and interpret contract drawings and customer sketches accurately.
  • The candidate must know how to read architectural drawings.
  • Input numerical data along with customer sketches into the CAD software system.
  • Calculate figures to convert design dimensions into resizing dimensions.
  • AutoCAD or later training certificate or two years of verified work experience from a previous employer(s).
  • Must possess the ability to interpret contract drawings and customer sketches as well as the ability to create and modify drawings in CAD/CAM software.
  • Must have high mathematics and logical aptitude, especially with fractions and decimals as a unit of measure.
  • Enter numbers into the computer system. Sort paperwork by description and size, make production notes, print labels, and distribute paperwork to production.
  • Before making the CAD file applicant must oversee the entry into our glass ERP software.

Note: Opulux is offering a handsome salary package.

Timing According To:

  • Pakistan Standard Time: 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM
  • USA Standard Time: 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM
