We Are Hiring: Experienced Truck Dispatcher

Night Shift - US Timings

Are you a motivated individual with strong communication skills and experience in the US trucking industry? HT Friends Dispatch is looking for a reliable Truck Dispatcher to join our growing team

Responsibilities:

  • Booking loads for Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed,Power Only, Box Truck
  • Negotiating best rates with brokers on load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
  • Coordinating with drivers and providing real-time support
  • Building strong relationships with brokers and owner-operators
  • Ensuring all paperwork and dispatch sheets are accurately maintained

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of dispatching experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of US states, lanes, and time zones
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Sheets
