Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and control all stock-related operations including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
Ensure accurate stock records are maintained in inventory registers or ERP systems.
Monitor stock levels regularly and coordinate with procurement for replenishment to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Implement and maintain effective stock tracking systems and procedures.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system data.
Identify and report slow-moving, obsolete, or expired stock.
Ensure all materials are properly labeled, stored, and preserved in compliance with company standards.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports to management.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse area.
Coordinate closely with procurement, site operations, and finance departments.
Lead and train store/warehouse staff to ensure compliance with SOPs.
Support internal and external audits and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in a similar stock or inventory management role, preferably at an industrial or construction site.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Good communication and leadership skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

Based full-time at the Kharian warehouse site.
May require extended hours during audits, month-end closings, or critical operations.
Some physical activity involved (e.g., stock inspections, supervising loading/unloading).
