Stock Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and control all stock-related operations including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
- Ensure accurate stock records are maintained in inventory registers or ERP systems.
- Monitor stock levels regularly and coordinate with procurement for replenishment to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Implement and maintain effective stock tracking systems and procedures.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system data.
- Identify and report slow-moving, obsolete, or expired stock.
- Ensure all materials are properly labeled, stored, and preserved in compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports to management.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse area.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, site operations, and finance departments.
- Lead and train store/warehouse staff to ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar stock or inventory management role, preferably at an industrial or construction site.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
- Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
- Based full-time at the Kharian warehouse site.
- May require extended hours during audits, month-end closings, or critical operations.
- Some physical activity involved (e.g., stock inspections, supervising loading/unloading).
