Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and control all stock-related operations including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
  • Ensure accurate stock records are maintained in inventory registers or ERP systems.
  • Monitor stock levels regularly and coordinate with procurement for replenishment to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
  • Implement and maintain effective stock tracking systems and procedures.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system data.
  • Identify and report slow-moving, obsolete, or expired stock.
  • Ensure all materials are properly labeled, stored, and preserved in compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports to management.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse area.
  • Coordinate closely with procurement, site operations, and finance departments.
  • Lead and train store/warehouse staff to ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar stock or inventory management role, preferably at an industrial or construction site.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

  • Based full-time at the Kharian warehouse site.
  • May require extended hours during audits, month-end closings, or critical operations.
  • Some physical activity involved (e.g., stock inspections, supervising loading/unloading).
