Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Female Property Advisor to join our dynamic real estate brokerage team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in property sales and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions successfully.
  • Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitive listings.
  • Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for property promotions and advertisements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a real estate brokerage firm.
  • Excellent knowledge of the local property market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and confident personality.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Must be female candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
