Hurak is a leading EdTech course marketplace that provides online and classroom-based compliance training in the UK. We have been in the industry for more than 12 years, and we are expanding our business to become a global brand. For that, we are currently looking for an Auditor.

Position Title: Quality Assurer

Timing: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Location: DHA Phase 6 Lahore

Job Type: On-Site

Budget: 45k-65k depending on the final interview

Key Responsibilities:

Ticket Management & Review (Zoho Desk):

  • Monitor and audit closed tickets to ensure accurate resolution and documentation.
  • Verify if customer contact information is correctly logged and updated.
  • Identify and report any improperly closed or mishandled tickets.
  • Review detached calls, ensuring appropriate follow-ups were made.
  • Track and manage open calls and unresolved issues to ensure timely closure.

Task & Process Quality Assurance:

  • Review open tasks for accuracy, priority, and timely execution.
  • Provide feedback to relevant teams on quality gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team leads to implement corrective actions where needed.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

  • Generate and maintain regular quality reports and audit logs.
  • Highlight trends & recurring issues
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of quality assurance processes.

Cross-functional Support:

  • Assist other departments in ensuring quality standards across workflows.
  • Support in training or onboarding initiatives related to customer service quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-1 years of relevant work experience - Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in English skills, both writing and verbal
