Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas

Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements

Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients to align design with business goals

Ensure responsive and accessible designs across devices and platforms

Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (portfolio required)

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus)

Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards

Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and design systems

Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
