Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Manage key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
  • Facilitate communication across departments, promoting a culture of transparency and collaboration.
  • Support the CEO in decision-making processes by providing relevant data and insights.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics, suggesting improvements as necessary.
  • Prepare and present reports on progress, challenges, and strategic initiatives to the leadership team.
  • Oversee the onboarding and integration processes for new senior leaders or department heads.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a strategic or operational role within a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to lead and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for assessing complex situations and developing strategic solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in the accounting or financial services industry is a plus.
