Position Summary

Advanced Asset Management is seeking a
Chief of Staff
to serve as the operational powerhouse of our global company. This role ensures seamless alignment, accountability, and performance across our Centralization and U.S. teams, empowering every employee with the tools, clarity, and support needed to perform at their best.

The Chief of Staff will design systems, lead talent initiatives, and build cross-functional bridges to eliminate silos. You will work closely with leadership to foster a transparent, collaborative, and high-performance culture while driving operational excellence in areas such as performance tracking, VOIP systems, payroll optimization, talent acquisition, commissions structures, and more.

. The Chief of Staff is the heartbeat of our global office, where accountability meets culture. By enabling transparency, collaboration, and operational rigor, you will help AAM achieve its vision of scaling to industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

Team Enablement & Accountability

  • Ensure all Centralization and U.S. team members are clear on goals and consistently delivering results.
  • Conduct 1-on-1s to support growth, resolve blockers, and maintain morale.
  • Identify resource and training gaps; ensure teams are equipped to perform at peak.

Operational Excellence

  • Partner with Centralization Manager to build performance systems and dashboards.
  • Lead evaluation and rollout of tools (e.g., VOIP platforms, payroll systems, HRIS) to streamline operations.
  • Manage interview scheduling, recruitment coordination, and global onboarding.
  • Support the development of commission structures, compensation models, and incentive programs.

Culture & Communication

  • Champion a transparent, collaborative, and accountable culture across all offices.
  • Act as the bridge between Centralization and U.S. teams, preventing gaps and misalignment.
  • Drive initiatives that promote cross-border collaboration, global cohesion, and mutual trust.

Strategic Support

  • Serve as a thought partner to executive leadership on priorities, performance, and resource planning.
  • Track progress of initiatives, ensuring accountability and timely execution.
  • Prepare leadership reports, KPIs, and insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in operations, people management, or executive support roles.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage distributed, cross-cultural teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Passion for building scalable, inclusive, and high-performing global organizations.
